240sx Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 240sx platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform, whether through the 240sx website or mobile app. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately and close your account if applicable.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 240sx management team as the platform provider. This agreement covers all services offered, including Sports Betting, online casino, lottery, live games, and any additional features that may be introduced in the future. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy section, which forms part of this overall agreement.

The 240sx platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online entertainment activities are permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of this platform is lawful in their location. 240sx reserves the right to decline registration applications or restrict access to any user suspected of violating age or jurisdictional requirements, without obligation to provide further explanation.

To access the full range of 240sx services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund. During registration, you are responsible for providing your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid, active email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 240sx immediately through our customer support channel. 240sx will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain limits. You agree to provide valid identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport when requested. Failure to complete the verification process within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted until the process is fully completed.

All transactions on the 240sx platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, online banking, and popular e-wallets in Malaysia. Each deposit will be credited to your account within a stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method — most FPX deposits are processed instantly.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with platform policy. Withdrawals are subject to internal review processes and stipulated processing times. 240sx reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or an incomplete KYC process.

Any promotions or bonuses credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotion terms. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand those terms before claiming any bonus. 240sx is not responsible for any misunderstanding arising from a user's failure to read the promotion terms clearly stated on our Promotions.

All account suspension or closure decisions made by 240sx are final and subject to management's discretion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with bonuses or promotional credits will be fully forfeited. However, genuine deposit balances unrelated to fraudulent activity may be returned upon completion of investigation, at 240sx's discretion. You may submit a written appeal to our customer support team within 14 days from the date the closure notice is received.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 240sx support team. All valid active balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and the verification process is complete. Voluntary account closure does not affect any existing obligations the user has made prior to the closure date.

All content on the 240sx platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, images, user interfaces, source code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 240sx or its authorised licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 240sx. Unauthorised use of 240sx intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action.

The trade name "240sx" and all associated trademarks are registered trademarks protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from using the 240sx name, logo, or any brand identity elements in any context that could mislead the public or imply an official affiliation that does not exist. Any complaints relating to intellectual property infringement may be submitted to 240sx management through our official support channels.

The 240sx platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. 240sx is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. We recommend that users read and understand the terms and privacy policies of every third-party site they visit via links found on our platform.

240sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the 240sx platform following any change to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 240sx platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia as the exclusive forum for resolution.
